Yo ho. Today finally managed to eat my fav kway Chap at my old hse area. Has wanted to have it last sun but the coffeeshop was under reno when i went there. This stall is located in the coffeeshop at blk 53 Sims Drive. What i like about their food is that the kway sauce is not saltish and does not have any funny smell and the kway is just nicely cooked. Complement that with their homemade chilli is just nice for your tastebud. My way of having it is to add the chilli sauce into the kway instead of dipping it. haha! I believe each has their own way of eating this dish. Will try to bring my frend to have a try if gt chance to do so. hehe!
